RECEIVING AREA: |
This is where the raw materials and outsourced components
are received. |

ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY: |
This is where electronic components are soldered
onto the Printed Circuit Board (PCB). |

INJECTION MOLDING: |
This is where the plastic and rubber components of
the mouse are manufactured. |
|
INSPECTION STATION: |
This is where plastic and rubber components can be
inspected before they go to the assembly workstations. |
|
TEMPORARY PARTS STORAGE: |
This is where components that are ready for assembly
are placed so that operators from the product assembly workstation can
retrieve them as needed. |
|
QUALITY ROOMS A & B: |
These rooms are used to perform more extensive quality control test on components. ROOM A: Is used to inspect the USB Cables when they arrive from the manufacturer. |

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY: |
This is the area where the workstations that perform
the assembly of the mouse are located. Each workstation is made up of
3 operators each of which has a distinct function. |

CONVEYOR SYSTEM: |
The conveyors are used by the Product Assembly Operators
to place trays of assembled mice so they can travel towards the INSPECTION/PACKAGING
area. |
INSPECTION/PACKAGING: |
This is the area where the mice are given their labels
and packaged into individual boxes and then onto larger boxes. All the
operators in this area perform the same tasks. |

SHIPPING AREA: |
This is where the finished products are sent to for
travel to their final destinations. |
